ESC is experienced in managing and delivering financial services and personnel on behalf of our Federal clients. Our current work for the Department of Defense (DoD) includes support of the Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE); Program Objective Memorandum (POM); Financial Internal Controls; and Audit and Forensic Accounting Analysis. These processes serve as the framework for DoD civilian and military leaders to decide which programs and force structure requirements to fund based on our Nation’s strategic objectives.

ESC performs a portfolio of tasks associated with personnel security support, including contract administration, quality assurance, system administration and processing, personnel security case management, fingerprinting, background investigation fieldwork, and training. We are experts in managing administrative personnel who are performing security-related functions such as data entry, verifying information for accuracy and completeness, and communicating with subjects and government personnel throughout the clearance process when necessary.

ESC offers extraordinary capabilities in training and exercise development and management, training delivery, and courseware development. For our first responder and military customers, we typically develop common exercise types, methodologies, planning processes, terminology, and evaluation protocols. Tools and technologies we employ in support of these activities include: Courseware Development, Videoconferencing and Distance Learning Facility Management, Tabletop Exercises (TTXs), Master Scenario Events Lists (MESLs), Program of Instruction (POI) development, Rehearsal of Concept (ROC), Training Facilitation Support, Collaborative Planning and Meeting, and Multimedia Video Applications Development.

ESC provides Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for research, analytical, and coordination support in the development and promulgation of plans, policies, interagency, and intergovernmental issuance (Directives, Instructions, Publications) activities. We provide Federal Agencies with transformational and strategic initiative plans and support; prepare joint strategies, plans, documents and studies for all new concepts and transformational policy; and initiate and maintain intergovernmental/interagency coordination. Our SMEs possess extensive experience in developing plans and programs related to Homeland Security, Homeland Defense, Defense Support to Civil Authorities, theater security cooperation, and other selected activities.

Soldier & Family Support Services

ESC understands that a critical contributing factor to force readiness is Soldier and Family support ranging from soldiers being physically and mentally prepared to deploy, to families receiving a wide range of support and social services during and after a solider is deployed. ESC has and continues to provide Servicemember and Family support services including: Resilience and Risk Reduction, Suicide Intervention, Substance Abuse, Sexual Harassment and Assault Prevention, Defense Eligibility Enrollment Reporting System (DEERS), Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) and Common Access Card, and(Transition and Career Assistance.
